The Fortex Weight Vest 20 kg is made of strong nylon and has no elastic or plastic parts that can cause unwanted movements. The weight vest has an adjustable strap to ensure a firm fit on the torso and will not slacken or sag during training. The short model concentrates the weight higher on the torso to prevent weights from pressing into your stomach and you retain full freedom of movement. The Fortex weight vest comes with removable cast iron weights with which you can quickly and easily adjust the total weight. The cast iron weights conform better to the body than steel weight plates and do not cause unwanted movements like sandbags do.
