How long does shipping take for Fortex Fitness equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For heavy gym equipment like power racks or weight sets, please allow 7-10 business days for freight delivery.
What is your return policy on fitness apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like sweatbands and compression socks cannot be returned once opened.
Does Fortex Fitness equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, all our strength training equipment comes with a 2-year frame warranty and a 1-year warranty on moving parts. Resistance bands and accessories are covered by a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Afterpay for larger equipment purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Fortex Fitness account dashboard.
Are your weight plates and dumbbells sold in pairs or individually?
Most of our dumbbells are sold in pairs, while Olympic weight plates are sold individually unless specified as a 'Set' in the product title. Please check the product description for specific quantity details.
